After managing accounting, financial and operational teams in different markets, the founders established UVteam in 2017. UVteam provides remote customer service and back office support with a presence in Barcelona, the San Francisco Bay Area and Bogotá.

UVteam is a business solutions partner providing customer service and back office support, including administrative and accounting assistance, to businesses in the United States and Colombia. We combine English-Spanish teams, documented processes and AI assistance for routine tasks; people handle exceptions and cases that need judgment.
Since 2017, we have worked with businesses in the United States, Spain and Colombia. Our clients operate in sectors including fintech, accounting, retail and real estate.
